S H I P P I N G

All packages typically ship within 3-7 days via USPS.
Shipping costs are 10$ per order + 5$ for every additional item.
I do my best to pack everything as safely and securely as possible but if something breaks in transit, send me an email with photos and we can work out a refund or exchange.
Currently only shipping within the continental US. Sorry, no returns at this time.

L O C A L P I C K -U P

If you are local to Western North Carolina, you can pickup your pieces at my home studio in Burnsville.
Choose LOCAL PICKUP as a free shipping option at checkout, and then
send me an email at melanierisch [at] gmail.com to arrange a date and time.
This saves money, shipping materials, and time and is a nice way to say hi in person!
