Handmade ceramic-handled brush made with clay dug from my backyard in North Carolina, tampico fiber, and fired in a wood kiln for 2 days.
Sculptural enough to display, but made to be used — ideal for dry cleanup on a workbench, studio table, or kitchen counter. The ceramic handle gives it a satisfying weight, while the soft tampico fibers make it useful for sweeping crumbs, clay dust, wood shavings, or other small dry messes.
